This bootcamp will address "must know" topics for the criminal law attorney, including operating a vehicle under the influence of marijuana/zero tolerance, search and seizure considerations, immunity under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, federal law concerns, important marijuana-related cases, and unique sentencing issues for marijuana crimes. This conference features knowledgeable practitioners in the areas of criminal defense and prosecution, as well as experts in related fields.
