AIFA is CDAM’s acclaimed new lawyer session. Experience much of what a new lawyer needs to know to begin practicing criminal defense: interviewing a client, setting up a file, nuts and bolts of criminal court procedures, Q&A. Morning session is procedure, working lunch. Afternoon session is trial skills.
AIFA faculty are experienced attorneys, including program creators Lisa Kirsch Satawa and James R. Samuels, along with Karl P. Numinen and Elizabeth A. LaCosse. Faculty vary from class to class.
Open to all but geared toward those with 3 or less years' experience with 8 MIDC approved CLE Skill Training hours available!
