SADO - Investigative photography techniques

Time: August 7, 2025 - 12-1:30pm
Location: Zoom

Please join SADO's Criminal Defense Resource Center and the West Michigan Regional Investigator Association for its lunchtime training with Jessica Ramirez on Investigative Photography Techniques.

In this training, attendees will learn how to: Identify the camera equipment commonly used in investigative photography, use proper techniques to document crime scenes through photography, apply a systematic approach to photographing crime scenes and subjects, capture clear, detailed photographs of injuries for evidentiary purposes and use specialized photography methods in challenging conditions such as low light or inclement weather.

Attorney-focused trainings are scheduled for the third Tuesday of the month, and investigator-focused trainings are scheduled for the first Thursday of the month. Of course, anyone who works on a defense team is welcome at any training. And if you miss a session, everything will be recorded and posted to our video archive. Check out the flyer for additional information and online registration.

Save the date for our last 2025 training!
