Please join SADO’s Criminal Defense Resource Center for a virtual training on Protecting privileged information at the border: What to know about border searches of electronic devices with Nathan Wessler from the ACLU Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project and attorney Amir Makled.

In this training, attendees will learn about the state of the law regarding searches of electronic devices at the border and practical tips to protect privileged data when crossing the border.
