Local Success: Michael J. Nichols
Michael J. Nichols successfully fought off the prosecution’s efforts to have 41-B Judicial District Court Judge Carrie L. Fuca reconsider her decision to dismiss an OWI case because of the inability of law enforcement to produce the original Datamaster equipment, or source code, or download data. Mr. Nichols thanked John C. Talpos, Ted Vosk, and Harley Wagner for their assistance.
