John W. Ujlaky won a motion to set a plea aside on June 1, 2015 in the 55th Judicial (Gladwin County) Circuit Court; Mr. Ujlaky’s argument centered upon the trial court’s failure to advise the client of the risks of self-representation. Mr. Ujlaky also obtained a reduction in a restitution order in the 40th judicial (Lapeer County) Circuit Court saving his client $7,562.81. Mr. Ujlaky also obtained an order for a client on June 15 2015 in the 7th Judicial (Genesee County) Circuit Court removing a lifetime electronic monitoring requirement.
