Appellate summaries
Within days of their release, court decisions are summarized and posted to the SADO/CDRC web site. The service includes summaries of all published criminal decisions of the Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court, including grants of leave and selected orders, all criminal decisions of the United States Supreme Court, and selected Sixth Circuit and District Court decisions, as well as selected unpublished Michigan Court of Appeals decisions.
